Alex took the time to thoroughly research and understand the best materials to use for the installation and how best to install them. They were meticulous in measuring and installing the fireplace at the exact level we wanted. Their workmanship was amazing—hardworking, extremely neat and tidy, and careful not to damage our brand new floorboards. Alex and Jonathan are also friendly and thoughtful, with great taste in music! I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone, and I have already referred a friend. We are delighted with our fireplace and are looking forward to enjoying it over the winter!
